Lets just get this awkwardness over
You know that awkward moment when your friend Joel introduces you to his friend Ryan, and you lean in for the hug and he stretches out his hand. Suddenly, you've said way more about yourself then you've ever attended. You've told Ryan, you put yourself out there, you told him your parents were huggers, and you've forsaken all control over the situation. You spend the night kicking yourself and trying to recover gracefully.
This entry is our awkward moment, and I'm definitely a hugger. I hope all you hand shake people will forgive me.
All introductions start with a name, and this one shouldn't be any different. I'm Sarah and this is my blog. Correction. This is my travel blog.
I'll save you a list of the I'm going to's or the long story about my family. I'm not going to make false promises about updating you on my travels every week! or creepily post pictures of my family/friends/CATS. Mostly because I don't have cats.
I do have a tendency to get myself into lets call them situations. Sometimes they're funny, and sometimes they're scary and mostly they're just ridiculous.
I'm going to do my best to share my situations with you. And no, thats not some veiled reference to the Jersey Shore, and if you thought it was, you might want to read someone elses blog.
The long and short of my life is that I graduated college about a year ago, and with this wonderful economy found myself back at home, working in a very relaxed law firm. One of the perks of my job is that my boss doesn't mind me taking off to visit friends, which is great since my friends seem to be scattered across the country. I'm doing my best to get some bucket list stuff done along the way, and all and all am really enjoying the time.
